The process

Four stages, all done by hand — from selecting the fruit through to filtering and bottling.

Stage 01
Selection
Organic fruit from the area: dragon fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, strawberry, guava. Pulped and portioned.
Stage 02
Cooking
Preserves are cooked in short batches and jarred hot, with no preservatives.
Stage 03
Maceration
The liqueurs rest until the fruit gives up its colour and aroma. Then they are filtered and bottled one by one.
Stage 04
Labelling
Each bottle is labelled by hand and placed in the wooden displays we bring to the shops.
